1. Payment is due at the time of service in the form of cash, check, or major credit card. All first clients must pay in cash or by credit card. If we arrive to clean and there is no payment, we will contact you immediately for a credit card. If you do not wish to use a credit card we will have to reschedule.
2. You agree that we guarantee only to correct any problems, reported within 24 hours. We agree to correct the problem within 48 hours.
3. There is a $25 fee for any returned check by the bank. If your bank is in error then the bank must shoulder this expense to you.
4. If you need to cancel your cleaning appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Remember we have scheduled and prepared for your cleaning day. Once we take a reservation, we hold that spot open for you and turn away other people in order to ensure your timeframe. Because of this we require that all cancellations be made within 24 hours prior to all appointments. Otherwise you will be charged $50.00
5. Privacy Policy-We do not share your personal information with any other third party.
